• Log-in to your account or create a new one if you haven’t registered yet. You can also checkout via guest.
• Fill-out the necessary information and click “Proceed to check-out”.
• Read through the Terms and Conditions and tick the box if you agree. Click “Proceed to check-out”.
• Select your preferred payment method.
• Once done, you will be receiving a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully.
If you purchased a product from skjnbeauty.com and it contained an incorrect item please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

For other credit cards that are not currently being offered, the whole order amount will be charged as straight. However, you may coordinate with your bank about how you would like to pay for your credit card balance.

Shipping
Shipping varies depending on your shipping location and order weight.
We deliver Nationwide via LBC, Ninjavan and Lalamove
Order processing takes 24 to 48 hours and will be sent to our partner courier for delivery.
Nationwide delivery schedules are as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control).
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and will only commence from the date of dispatch.
There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.
